Hotel was very well located for everything – restaurants, shops, harbour and bus station. The staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant, so friendly and welcoming.
The decor is charmingly old-fashioned (I’m not sure that’s a style choice, more it just is old-fashioned!) but I rather liked that, as it reminded me of being a kid in the ’80s with pastel shades everywhere! The room was big and comfy, but had definitely seen better days – eg the curtains were hanging off the rails!
However, I think this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Absolutely everywhere was spotless.
